Job summary

Dynamic Safety Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated staff member to assist with investigating student misconduct and bullying, documenting cases, and providing pastoral guidance. You will build relationships with at-risk students, monitor well-being, and support safety plans while supervising during school transitions to promote positive behaviour and safety.

Experience in restorative practices is a plus. Strong communication, confidentiality, and organizational skills are essential as you collaborate

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to support students and collaborate with staff.
• Proven case management and documentation skills for disciplinary records.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Experience in restorative practices and student support frameworks is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist with fact-finding and investigation of student misconduct and bullying cases

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N-Level qualification
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a school or equivalent
• Experience in uniformed services, schools, youthwork or community engagement is advantageous

• Good investigation, analytical and case management skills
• Able to manage conflicts and handle challenging situations calmly
• Strong organisational skills with accurate documentation
• Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters professionally
• Good teamwork and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with restorative practices and student support frameworks is an advantage
