Job summary

DYNAMIC SAFETY PTE. LTD. is seeking a School Disciplinary Support role to assist with investigations of student misconduct and bullying, while maintaining precise case records and providing pastoral guidance.

You will build strong relationships with at‑risk students and help monitor wellbeing, safety plans and transitions throughout the school day. The role requires strong communication, confidentiality and teamwork, with experience in restorative practices and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N-Level qualification.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a school or equivalent.
• Experience in uniformed services, schools, youth work or community engagement is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist with fact-finding and investigation of student misconduct and bullying cases
• Maintain accurate case records and documentation
• Provide pastoral support and guidance to students involved in disciplinary cases

• Support student safety plans and monitor student well-being
• Supervise students during school hours, recess, dismissal and lesson transitions
• Conduct patrols to promote positive student behaviour and school safety

• Identify factors contributing to recurring disciplinary issues and suggest preventive measures
