Temenos Singapore is seeking a Transformation Director to lead the execution of strategic initiatives across the organisation. You will translate priorities into executable programs, manage milestones, dependencies and risks, and work with senior leaders to maintain momentum and delivery.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in enterprise transformation, strategy execution and management consulting across global tech organisations.
• Proven track record driving large-scale strategic initiatives through delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate high-level priorities into concrete, executable plans and assess feasibility.

Responsabilités

• Translate strategy into executable plans with milestones, deliverables and ownership.
• Stress-test execution plans, timelines, resources and interdependencies.
• Drive delivery of the strategic plan and push initiative owners to deliver commitments.
• Identify and resolve execution challenges with root-cause analysis and practical solutions.
• Break down silos and ensure cross-functional alignment and timely decisions.
• Challenge senior leaders on progress, commitments and execution gaps.
• Anticipate risks and elevate critical issues for executive intervention when needed.
• Enable timely executive decision-making through clear options and recommendations.
• Intervene on high-priority priorities to bring structure and momentum.
• Establish disciplined execution with milestone reviews and governance routines.
• Provide concise, insight-driven reporting to leadership on progress and actions.
