Temenos in Singapore seeks a Strategy Director to join Corporate Strategy, reporting to Head of Strategy. You will shape Temenos' strategic direction, work across market expansion, new product opportunities, and emerging technologies, translating analysis into clear recommendations for Executive Committee.

In this role, you will independently drive complex projects, engage senior stakeholders, and influence decisions at the CEO and Board level, leveraging a strong consulting background and MBA

Qualifications

• Top-tier strategy consulting background at McKinsey, BCG, or Bain.
• Exposure to TMT, enterprise software, or fintech business models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with structured thinking.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
• MBA is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Support development and execution of Temenos' corporate strategy, identifying growth opportunities.
• Evaluate geographic expansion opportunities, market attractiveness, and dynamics.
• Assess new product opportunities, including market sizing and business viability.
• Evaluate strategic implications of emerging technologies for Temenos' business.
• Support strategic partnerships, inorganic growth, and potential acquisitions.
• Lead high-priority cross-functional strategic initiatives with CEO sponsorship.
• Develop CEO/Board–level recommendations and presentations.
• Analyze market and competitive trends to inform strategic choices.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Finance and other functions to implement strategies.
