Responsabilités

• Orchestrate portfolio delivery across 2-4 concurrent projects or multi-workstream transformations.
• Shape client strategy and guide transformation approaches with C-level executives.
• Manage P&L for the portfolio, protect margins, and identify follow-on opportunities.
• Develop and lead PMs and BAs, balancing staffing with project needs and growth.
• Build executive relationships and represent the company with client leadership.
