We are seeking Delivery Leads to orchestrate portfolios of system integration projects, lead PMs and BAs, and serve as senior trusted advisors to C-level clients navigating transformational change.

You will shape client strategy, manage margins, and grow accounts while coaching teams toward excellence.

Qualifications

• Strategic thinking with execution discipline and portfolio oversight.
• Ability to drive multi-workstream transformations and guide client strategy.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate portfolio delivery across 2-4 concurrent projects or multi-workstream transformations.
• Shape client strategy by challenging C-level executives and reframing problems.
• Own P&L for your portfolio, protect margins, and identify follow-on opportunities.
• Develop and lead PMs and BAs to think strategically and act commercially.
• Build executive relationships and serve as the senior company representative to client executives.
