Job summary

Temenos Singapore seeks a highly analytical, commercially minded Strategy Director to shape Temenos' strategic direction and long-term growth. You will work with the CEO, Executive Committee, and senior leaders across corporate development, emerging tech, and market expansion.

In this role you will independently structure complex projects, translate analyses into recommendations, and lead cross-functional initiatives with Product, Sales, and Finance teams for scalable impact.

Qualifications

• Top-tier strategy consulting background with Senior Project Leader, Principal, or Partner level at McKinsey/BCG/Bain.
• TMT expertise with enterprise software or fintech exposure.
• Strategic problem-solving: structure ambiguous problems and synthesize findings.
• Commercial acumen, tech business models, growth levers.
• Financial modelling, market sizing for strategic investments.
• Executive communication: CEO- and Board-level presentations.
• Senior stakeholder management and cross-functional influence.
• Independent ownership: manage multiple workstreams with limited supervision.
• Intellectual curiosity about technology and banking landscape.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of Temenos' corporate strategy.
• Evaluate geographic expansion opportunities and market attractiveness.
• Assess new product opportunities and business models.
• Evaluate emerging technologies like AI and digital money.
• Support corporate development and potential acquisitions.
• Lead strategic initiatives sponsored by senior leadership.
• Present compelling recommendations to executives and the Board.
• Analyze market and competitor trends to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Finance, and other teams to implement initiatives.
