Job Responsibilities

This incumbent acts as a bridge between senior management and other parts of the Bank, ensuring alignment of organisational objectives and execution of strategic initiatives.

Strategic Planning
  • Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute work plans in alignment to regional and global direction and priorities
  • Support Singapore Administration Department (SGAD) to drive improvement in the process and operational efficiency
  • Lead data driven analysis, identify issues and resolve complex issues with recommendations
  • Gather, synthesize and analyze data to provide insights to the respective stakeholders
Corporate Planning
  • Oversee and carry out the process of budgeting and expense
  • Performance Monitoring
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to monitor the progress towards organisational goals
Project Management
  • Oversee key projects from conception to completion by collaborating with stakeholders within and outside the Bank and ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget
  • Communication: Serve as a key liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication at all levels.
  • Lead and work cohesively with the team - adaptable to work with various departments and people and influence stakeholders
  • Promote Mizuho and team culture
Executive Support
  • Plan and curate agenda for Bank Townhalls and other management meetings, in collaboration with other stakeholders.
  • Develop Executive-level materials for key meetings
Job Requirements
  • Degree-qualified in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field with a minimum 12 years of relevant working experience in the Financial Services industry
