Job summary

Collectius CMS Holdings Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Director to expand our partner ecosystem across Southeast Asia, with emphasis on banks and financial institutions. You will engage senior decision-makers, build trust, and convert opportunities into lasting collaborations.

You will lead discussions, proposals, and commercial agreements, manage a healthy sales pipeline, and collaborate with country teams to ensure successful service delivery. Travel across SEA may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in strategic partnerships or senior client relationship management within banking/financial services.
• Strong track record of winning and developing clients across Southeast Asia.
• Established network within banks and financial institutions is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to engage C-level executives and senior decisionmakers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new business opportunities with banks and financial institutions across Southeast Asia.
• Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decisionmakers.
• Understand client needs and work with internal teams to develop suitable solutions and proposals.
• Lead business discussions, presentations, negotiations, and commercial agreements.
• Develop existing client relationships to generate repeat business and growth.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with clear priorities and follow-up.
• Maintain records of BD activities, client engagement, and opportunity progress.
• Track performance against KPIs including pipeline quality and revenue.
• Monitor market developments and industry trends to identify opportunities.
• Coordinate with country management to support handover and delivery of services.
