Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Admin, Finance, Economics, Management or related fields.
10+ years of progressive executive experience in corporate strategy or regional business management in financial services/fintech.

Responsibilities

Formulate and execute market expansion strategies across Southeast Asia, aligning HQ and regional entities.
Partner with C-suite and department heads to drive priority initiatives and executive reporting.
Oversee Singapore office operations, regulatory compliance governance, and regional stakeholder engagement.
Oversee client operations and trading workflows to support growth and trading experience.
