Job summary

S&P Global, Inc. is hiring a Finance Associate Director for Sales Compensation (Data Architecture & Strategy) in Singapore. You will partner with Finance, Sales Operations, and Technology to build a centralized data platform for commission calculations and commercial reporting.

You will lead a team of data and compensation analysts, drive data quality, governance, and scalable architecture, ensuring accurate, auditable compensation processes and executive reporting for leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in sales compensation, data architecture, data governance, financial systems, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Establish a clean, scalable data architecture for sales compensation operations.
• Own data platform lifecycle: build, schema design, tool selection, maintenance.
• Implement automated reconciliation and validation for data integrity.
• Translate contracts into reusable data constructs for systems and reporting.
• Govern enterprise data governance and SOX-compliant audit trails.
• Produce sales performance analytics and data-quality metrics for leadership.
