Job summary

Digital Edge Data Center, based in Singapore, seeks a Director of Compensation and Benefits to own the analytical foundation behind pay, grading, and rewards globally. You will benchmark salaries, analyze total target compensation, and govern job evaluation and architecture with a consistent methodology across countries and functions.

You will build models, interrogate data, and translate outputs into actionable recommendations for leadership.

Qualifications

Experience in compensation and benefits within multi-country organisations.
Strong Excel, data analysis, and reporting capabilities.
Familiarity with job architecture and salary benchmarking.
Knowledge of LTIP models and carried interest.
Proven ability to communicate complex compensation concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Conduct global salary benchmarking across roles, levels, and countries.
Produce total target compensation analyses across base, bonus, and incentives.
Provide insights on pay competitiveness through market reviews.
Support job evaluation, grading and architecture across functions.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HRBP to level roles before going to market.
Develop compensation models and business cases for workforce decisions.
Analyze long-term incentive structures with Finance and advisors.
Analyze data trends, identify anomalies, and assess retention risk.
Prepare compensation reports, presentations, and recommendations.
Support annual compensation review governance activities.
Manage relationships with third-party advisors.
Maintain data in SuccessFactors and related systems.
