Job summary

HMI Medical is seeking a Business Analyst to join the PMO, shaping governance, standardised methodologies, and reporting aligned with PMP practices. You will support project charters, PM plans, WBS, dashboards, and executive summaries to drive value realization across initiatives.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, live PMO dashboards, risk and issue tracking, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery through initiation to closure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in PMO, project management or business analysis.
• Strong skills in project planning, governance, risk management and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in Excel, Power BI or similar reporting/dashboard tools.
• Experience in data analysis, process mapping and automated reporting.
• Strong communication, analytical and organisational skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning and initiation, including project charter and PMP development.
• Maintain project repository with scope statements, assumptions, logs, and stakeholder registers.
• Prepare consolidated project status reports and dashboards for PMO leadership.
• Coordinate project closure activities and lessons-learned sessions.
• Design, build, and maintain live PMO dashboards for real-time portfolio health and resource utilization.
• Connect and transform data from project management tools into structured datasets for automated reporting.
• Analyse project data to identify trends and insights for senior stakeholders.
