Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in archives & records management or related fields.
• Strong policy development and governance capabilities.
• Experience leading transformation or system implementation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead RM and PQ policies, frameworks & processes across MOH.
• Provide policy guidance and functional leadership for RM/PQ requirements.
• Drive transformation across records management and PQ processes.
• Review and redesign workplace processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Oversee system enhancement and modernization with stakeholder input.
• Manage system implementation including transition, training and change management.
• Engage with MOH divisions, National Archives of Singapore, Parliament and agencies.
