Job summary

Koufu Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a seasoned operations leader to build and guide direct-outlet teams across Singapore (and Macau). You will drive performance, coach staff, and ensure exceptional customer service, while aligning with profitability targets.

Key duties include leading the Foodcourt and Coffeeshop units, managing budgets, negotiating leases, and developing talent. Travel to Macau will be required to support expansion and efficiency projects.

Qualifications

• Must have Diploma in Hospitality, F&B, Tourism or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of managerial experience in food courts or chain outlets.
• Willingness to travel to Macau.
• Experience with leasing, tendering for tenancy is a plus.
• Strong presentation skills; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial and operational performance of Foodcourt and Coffeeshop units in Singapore and Macau; develop and execute growth strategies.
• Provide strategic leadership to projects and operations teams; identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and manage annual operating and financial budgets; compile pro-form for budgets and projections.
• Lead tendering, site openings, and lease negotiations; liaise with business development and operations teams.
• Present regular performance reports to senior management; monitor ROI and regional performance.
• Maintain quality and service standards; improve labour, inventory, and cost controls.
• Develop employees through feedback, performance reviews, and training to drive profitability.
