Job summary

Koufu Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to oversee the Macau business operations, with relocation required. You will lead a team of Area Managers to drive sales targets and outlet performance across Foodcourts and Coffeeshops.

You will guide daily operations, ensure compliance with NEA, SFA and Civil Defense, manage leases and tenant relations, and coordinate renovations and improvements. The role demands strategic leadership, budgeting and staff development.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma from a recognised institution.
• Minimum 5 years of business development/leasing experience in a senior management role.
• Solid presentation skills, proficient in MS Office applications.
• Able to coordinate cross-functional resources to support business development.
• Experience in leasing and tendering for F&B tenancy is essential.
• Design/high level marketing background is a plus.
• Decisive, visionary with strong tactical and strategic balance.
• Able to read and interpret business and financial reports, lease agreements and legal documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Area Managers to achieve sales targets and outlet performance.
• Provide guidance to ensure smooth daily operations of Foodcourts and Coffeeshops.
• Ensure adherence to NEA, SFA and Civil Defense requirements and coordinate inspections.
• Maintain landlord and tenant relationships; manage marketing and rental collection.
• Oversee lease renewals, negotiations and terms with stall tenants.
• Source and fill vacancies with qualified tenants and diverse food concepts.
• Lead improvement programs and large renovations; coordinate with teams for new opportunities.
• Prepare regular area performance, sales and budget reports for senior management.
