Job summary

GHK Holdings Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily outlet performance across multiple coffeeshops in Singapore.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of operations management experience in F&B/coffeeshop operations.
• Strong roster planning and people management skills.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple outlets.
• Mandarin proficiency required to interact with Mandarin-speaking tenants and vendors.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with POS and HRIS preferred.
• Willing to travel between outlets and work weekends/holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure compliance with SOPs and policies.
• Plan and manage staff duty rosters across multiple outlets.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor cleanliness, service quality, and maintenance.
• Resolve operational issues, including manpower shortages and equipment breakdowns.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and employment regulations.
• Support recruitment, staff training, and performance management.
• Coordinate with tenants and vendors to maintain smooth operations and service standards.
