Koufu Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Senior Manager for the Kiosks Division to drive expansion and oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring top-line and bottom-line growth in line with the group strategy.

Reporting to the CEO, you will formulate business objectives, set budgets, define KPIs, lead a high-performing team, manage full P&L, and partner with regulators and franchise partners to scale both local and overseas operations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• 10+ years in F&B with 3+ years in senior management.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Proven track record of achieving growth targets.
• Experience managing full P&L.
• Excellent teamwork, communication and organizational skills.
• Strategic and creative thinking.
• Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Formulate business objectives and operational plans to meet targets.
• Identify expansion opportunities and prepare business proposals for growth in new markets including online sales.
• Define KPIs to monitor performance against objectives.
• Ensure achievement of annual operating plans and financial targets.
• Report to the Board on performance toward goals.
• Streamline processes and lead organizational change.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and relations with authorities.
• Foster a growth-oriented environment and ensure adherence to policies.
• Oversee both local and overseas franchise operations and business development.
