Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of multiple outlets with hands-on kitchen involvement
• Develop and implement targets, KPIs, policies and procedures to drive performance and compliance
• Meet sales targets and prepare information for reporting to senior management
• Monitor COGS, sales and labor costs to meet financial objectives
• Formulate new and seasonal products to enhance brand offerings
• Collaborate with marketing to plan launches, promotions and initiatives
• Conduct market surveys to identify competitive trends and opportunities
• Ensure succession planning for all levels
• Plan store openings and renovations aligned with brand image
• Motivate and lead staff to achieve KPIs and foster a high-performance culture
• Compile sales and operational data to prepare reports for decision-making
• Execute ad hoc duties to support organizational goals
