Job summary

Resorts World Sentosa in Singapore is seeking an experienced Business Development leader to design, implement and oversee growth strategies across the integrated resort. The role emphasizes market analysis, identifying opportunities and planning marketing initiatives for designated markets.

You will coordinate with other business units on events, promotions and staff training, while maintaining a strong guest service mindset and overseeing daily operations and team performance.

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma in Business (or related field).
• 7 years of business development experience in relevant industry.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and oversee overall business development strategies.
• Analyze market situations and identify opportunities for acquisition.
• Plan and execute marketing strategies for designated markets.
• Coordinate with other Business Units on events, promotions and training for all team members.
• Host guests, attend to their needs and gather feedback to ensure service standards.
• Review manpower planning, coaching and mentoring of team members' performance.
• Oversee and manage daily operations in designated areas.
• Management of credit lines and collections.
• Responsible for regional sales performance.
