You will analyze market conditions and identify high-potential segments for acquisition, plan marketing initiatives, and coordinate with other units on events and training while ensuring SOP/GP compliance. Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Business or related field.
• Minimum 11 years of business development experience in Gaming, with proven track record in acquiring high net-worth customers.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement and oversee overall business development strategies.
• Analyze market situations and identify opportunities and segments for acquisition.
• Plan and execute marketing strategies for designated markets and audiences.
• Provide feedback to Admin to ensure SOP/GP compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with other Business Units on events, promotions and training for the team.
• Host guests, attend to their needs and gather feedback to ensure excellent service standards.
