Job summary

Resorts World Sentosa seeks a Senior Manager to shape long-term growth and strategic direction across its Attractions & Destination Experience unit, including Universal Studios Singapore, Adventure Cove Waterpark and Singapore Oceanarium.

The role drives strategy, transformation initiatives and partnerships to boost visitation, guest engagement, commercial performance, and competitiveness in a fast-paced resort environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related discipline required.
• 10+ years of experience in strategy, business planning, partnerships, or related fields.
• Experience in project management, corporate planning and stakeholder management would be advantageous.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, storytelling and collaboration across functions.

Responsibilities

• Shape and drive development of strategic plans and transformation initiatives for RWS attractions and destination experiences.
• Oversee the annual business planning cycle and translate long-term goals into integrated workplans.
• Identify growth opportunities to drive visitation, guest engagement, revenue growth and market competitiveness.
• Develop business cases, strategic recommendations and implementation roadmaps.
• Lead partnerships including IP, brand collaborations and sponsorships; maximize value from collaborations.
• Prepare materials for management, board and government agency meetings; present strategy analyses to senior leadership.
