Job summary

The role partners with policy and operations teams to deliver timely legal advice on contracts, disputes, licensing, and statutory requirements, while developing strategies for representing the organisation in commercial and regulatory matters.

Qualifications

• Law degree and admission to Singapore Bar.
• At least 10 years PQE with managerial experience.
• Experience in regulatory and policy work.
• Experience with Ministries and Statutory Boards preferred.
• Pro-active, solution-, and service-oriented mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication; team player.

Responsibilities

• Advisory and project management across a broad range of legal subjects.
• Provide accurate, effective, and practical legal advice on policies.
• Provide quick, effective responses to queries by senior management.
• Participation in other projects as required.
