Qualifications

• Extensive senior leadership experience in transport architecture, ideally rail or MRT.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects from concept through construction.
• Strong knowledge of local authority requirements and codes.

Responsibilities

• Define vision and strategy for transport architecture practice and growth.
• Identify and secure major transport projects and lead strategic bids.
• Engage clients, authorities and partners at senior levels.
• Oversee design development from concept to construction documentation.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across architecture, engineering and planning.
• Manage project budgets, schedules and risk to ensure profitability.
• Drive BIM and digital delivery to improve coordination and outcomes.
