Qualifications

• Knowledge in Real Estate, Land Management, Urban Planning, Geography, Geomatics, or a related discipline.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in land management, land acquisition, or infrastructure planning, with a track record of leading cross-functional workstreams.
• Competency in interpreting spatial data and translating findings into proposals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end planning, coordination, and management of land acquisition for transport infrastructure projects.
• Advise on budgeting, cost management, and regulatory compliance; escalate issues with proposals as needed.
• Collaborate with government agencies, statutory boards, and stakeholders to resolve land-related matters and advance project objectives.
• Utilize GIS to manage, analyse, and visualise spatial data related to land and infrastructure assets.
• Maintain and update land and geospatial databases, maps, and related documentation.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, providing technical direction and fostering development.
