MSD Asia Pacific seeks a Director of Regional Strategy & Operations to translate ambition into clear choices and measurable outcomes across markets, franchises, and functions. Qualifications

10+ years of strategy, PMO, or business transformation experience.
Executive-ready communication and influence at senior levels.

Responsibilities

Shape and translate AP strategic priorities into decision points, trade-offs, and roadmaps.
Serve as strategic thought partner to the AP Regional President and the AP Leadership Team.
Frame ambiguous problems into decision-ready options and mobilize cross-functional leaders around measurable outcomes.
Drive project scoping, stakeholder engagement, and PMO oversight for disciplined execution.
Own AP GTM strategy framework and cross-market launch governance with standardized templates and trackers.
