Job summary

Amkor Technology Singapore Holding PTE. LTD. is seeking a Director to lead Enterprise IT Service Management & Transformation.

You will own the ServiceNow roadmap, drive AI-enabled support, ITSM/ITOM transformation, and asset/license management across the organization. Based in Singapore, this role partners with Infrastructure, Information Security, PMO, and business units to translate priorities into enterprise workflows and platform solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
10+ years enterprise IT leadership including service management or platform transformation.
Experience owning a ServiceNow strategy or large implementation.
Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and asset management.
Experience driving workflow automation and AI-enabled support.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and engage senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Define and lead enterprise service management strategy, governance, and transformation.
Own the ServiceNow platform roadmap and architecture alignment.
Lead ITSM and ITOM transformation to improve service delivery and operations.
Own CMDB strategy and ensure integration with asset management and contracts.
Collaborate with AI strategy to advance AI-enabled support and workflow automation.
Establish cross-functional governance and engage IT executives on the transformation roadmap.
