The Assistant Director of Community Engagement and Partnerships (CEP) at Singapore Children's Society leads strategy by building meaningful, long-term relationships that advance the wellbeing of children, youth and families in Singapore.

Reporting to the Head of CEP, the role provides strategic leadership to strengthen supporter engagement, develop high-performing teams and ensure a sustainable community of supporters.

Formación

• Postgraduate qualifications preferred.
• At least 8–12 years in social services or non-profit sectors.
• Proven experience leading teams and translating strategy into outcomes.
• Experience managing relationships with donors, corporate partners and volunteers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead teams responsible for donor, volunteer and partner engagement; foster a collaborative and high-performing culture.
• Translate priorities into engagement strategies to strengthen supporter acquisition and retention.
• Coach managers to build capability, accountability and growth; champion innovative engagement models.
• Drive governance, safeguarding and risk management in external engagement functions.
