Job summary

Children's Aid Limited in Singapore seeks an Executive, Partnership & Engagement to build and strengthen relationships with corporate partners, donors and community stakeholders, supporting CAL’s fundraising and partnership development efforts.

You will identify new opportunities, steward existing partners, and work with partners to generate sustainable support for CAL’s programmes through fundraising, donations, programme support and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, marketing, communications, fundraising or related field.
• 3–4 years of relevant partnerships, fundraising or stakeholder engagement experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication with proposal development skills.
• Ability to build and nurture relationships with corporate partners and donors.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new partnership opportunities with corporates, foundations and donors.
• Conduct outreach and build relationships with prospective partners.
• Develop engagement opportunities aligned with CAL’s programmes and needs.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and materials to support partnership discussions.
• Coordinate fundraising campaigns, donor stewardship and reporting activities.
• Track pipeline and ensure timely delivery of commitments.
