Job summary

Mastercard seeks a Director of Services Business Development (Acquiring) to drive regional growth across Asia Pacific. You will lead end-to-end sales, engage with payments teams, and shape services solutions that boost the Acquiring & Processing segment.

You will partner with senior executives, craft compelling narratives, and ensure delivery from research to contract signing while building deep client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing client needs and engaging senior executives in consulting-style presentations.
• Ability to develop compelling sales narratives that influence closure.
• Proven track record initiating, developing and closing sales in a payments/Fintech context.

Responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end sales efforts from research and storyboarding to contract signing.
• Engaging with payments teams to assess client needs and provide strategic guidance.
• Leading regional initiatives to grow the Services P&L in APAC.
• Ensuring product development meets client needs within the segment.
• Oversee project delivery through to completion while building client relationships.
• Achieve personal sales targets responsibly and ethically.
