Qualifications
- 8+ years in IT Managed Services or Digital Workplace.
- 5+ years leading service delivery teams.
- Experience in SLA-driven environments and multi-site operations.
- Experience managing asset verification or large-scale inventory reconciliation.
- Experience managing device lifecycle and technology refresh.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and escalation management.
- Knowledge of ITIL and governance processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead service delivery and performance of EUCD and Digital Workplace.
- Oversee deskside support, field engineering across locations.
- Manage asset verification, governance, and asset records.
- Lead device lifecycle, deployment, refresh, and retirement processes.
- Establish dashboards, reports, and governance for service performance.
- Coordinate with Service Desk, ITSM, infrastructure, security, apps and vendors.
- Mentor and develop team leads, engineers and support staff.
