Job summary

NCS, a leading technology services firm in APAC, is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager for End User Computing (EUC). You will own the end-to-end delivery of desktop engineering and support, ensuring high availability, quality, and service consistency across the organization.

You will lead a team of EUC engineers, drive governance, manage stakeholder relationships, and oversee asset lifecycle, ITSM platforms, and security/compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in information systems, computer science, or equivalent.
• 4+ years of IT project management experience.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and tools.
• Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end EUC service delivery, including desktop support and lifecycle management.
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and service quality across the team.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Oversee incident management and timely resolution of high-priority issues.
• Lead governance, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
