Job summary

Lenovo is seeking an experienced IT Managed Services leader to own EUCD and Digital Workplace operations across multiple sites. You will ensure service levels, coordinate with deskside and field teams, and drive continuous improvement in asset verification and governance.

The role demands strong stakeholder management, ITIL governance understanding, and the ability to lead large, multi-site teams while delivering reliable workplace technology services.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT Managed Services, End User Computing, Digital Workplace or Workplace Services.
• 5+ years leading service delivery, deskside support, field engineering or workplace operations.
• Proven SLA-driven managed services and multi-site leadership experience.
• Experience with asset management, physical verification or inventory reconciliation programs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and escalation management capabilities.
• Knowledge of ITIL service management principles and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead service delivery leadership for EUCD and Digital Workplace service tower.
• Ensure SLAs, targets and customer commitments are met consistently.
• Develop and execute service improvement plans to enhance quality and user experience.
• Provide leadership during escalations, incidents and operational challenges.
• Establish governance, controls, reporting and performance management.
• Oversee day-to-day delivery of EUCD, Deskside Support and Field Engineering.
• Manage workforce planning, scheduling and resource allocation across teams.
• Drive adoption of SOPs, knowledge management and IT service management best practices.
• Coordinate dependencies with Service Desk, ITSM, infrastructure, security and vendors.
• Own asset management, verification and governance within the service scope.
