Job summary

Capgemini Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of digital workplace products in a large-scale public sector setting. You will own educator-facing products and work closely with users, designers, engineers, and stakeholders to drive transformation.

You will champion user-centric innovation, develop roadmaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable impact while balancing diverse priorities across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Education Technology, or related field.
• Master's degree is advantageous.
• 3–5 years of product management experience required.
• Experience owning and launching digital products in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital workplace platforms.
• Collaborate with end users, designers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
• Lead agile delivery, balance user, business, and technical priorities, and measure outcomes.
• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in product management.
