Job summary

GovTech Singapore is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the development and lifecycle of one or more government-facing products. You will create product vision, roadmaps, and metrics, partnering with UX and engineering to deliver impactful solutions.

You'll mentor teammates, manage stakeholder priorities, ensure security, compliance, and operational readiness, and translate policy needs into practical product increments for public sector outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• Typically 4–7 years of relevant experience in product management or related roles.
• Track record delivering enterprise/internal‑facing products with measurable impact.
• Experience managing delivery in partnership with engineering teams.
• Exposure to budget and procurement processes is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve product vision, roadmap and priorities for your product area.
• Translate operational needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Own the product lifecycle end‑to‑end from discovery to iteration and post‑launch.
• Be accountable for delivery outcomes and manage milestones and risks.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data/QA and operations to deliver iterative releases.
