- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for site products.
- Drive product vision alignment with transformation goals and workforce planning.
- Collaborate with agencies to ensure strategy supports site objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in an Agile, user-centric development environment with rapid iterations.
- Promote Agile best practices in product development.
- Establish product governance and development best practices.
