Job summary

Capgemini Engineering Singapore is seeking an experienced product manager to lead the vision, strategy and roadmaps for digital products. You will own the backlog, prioritise work by business value, and collaborate with UX designers, engineers, analysts and delivery managers to deliver outcomes.

You will define success metrics, use data to inform decisions, and partner with stakeholders to accelerate speed-to-market while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to influence decisions across teams and stakeholders.
• Track record of delivering impactful products or features.
• Ability to translate requirements into technical implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead product vision, speed-to-market strategy, roadmap and objectives aligned with business goals.
• Evaluate opportunities and propose new capabilities; own backlog and prioritisation based on business value.
• Define success metrics and measure impact of products.
• Communicate roadmap to stakeholders and leadership; foster collaboration.
• Build high-performing cross-functional teams with UX, engineers, analysts and delivery managers.
• Collaborate with UX to plan research objectives and usability testing.
