Job summary

Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional IT Business Analyst experience.
- Strong understanding of enterprise tech like Google Workspace, Okta, ServiceNow, Workvivo.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for AI trends and practical GenAI applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication across audiences.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Able to design and lead user training sessions.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End ownership: discover to solution delivery and project closure.
- Engage business units to understand pain points and outcomes.
- Translate business needs into clear, documented specs and user stories.
- Define metrics to measure value and impact of solutions.
- Identify and propose AI/GenAI use cases for business improvement.
- Propose innovative digital workplace solutions and best practices.
- Stay updated on evolving AI trends to keep ahead.
- Manage surveys and focus groups to gather feedback.
- Promote modern UX across all digital devices.
- Develop communications and training to boost platform adoption.
- Cultivate a network of digital champions for ongoing feedback.
