Job summary
Fujitsu Singapore is seeking a Solution Architect (Digital Workplace - Services Led) to design end-to-end Digital Workplace solutions for enterprise customers, covering Modern Service Desk, Field Services, and Onsite Support, integrated with automation, conversational AI, chatbots, and DEX to enable a seamless, user-centric workplace.
You will lead strategy, presales, architecture and delivery collaborations, evaluate new technologies, guide service design, and ensure scalable, measurable
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT/CS required.
- 8+ years designing Digital Workplace/EUC/ITSM in enterprise settings.
- Strong ITIL/ITSM/DSM knowledge; ServiceNow experience preferred.
- Hands-on or architectural experience with endpoint management and digital workplace tools.
- Experience with conversational AI, chatbots, and DEX platforms is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, development, and implementation of Fujitsu's Digital Workplace roadmap.
- Engage in presales cycles to capture requirements and craft technical proposals.
- Design end-to-end architectures covering Service Desk, Field Services, and Onsite Support.
- Collaborate with automation, AI, and platform teams to embed innovation.
- Provide guidance to architecture, engineering, and delivery teams, ensuring scalable service designs.
