Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools and low-code/no-code platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of AI tools by understanding user needs and identifying practical solutions.
• Develop user guides, prompt libraries, playbooks, and onboarding materials.
• Support low-code/no-code solutions using Power Platform, SharePoint, and UiPath.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations to build AI literacy and digital capabilities.
• Coordinate digital transformation and AI adoption projects, tracking timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Manage stakeholder communications, project documentation, progress updates, and post-implementation reviews.
• Promote responsible AI practices, ensuring compliance with policies, data governance, and security requirements.
• Provide ongoing user support and continuously improve adoption strategies based on feedback.

The AI Adoption & Digital Enablement Executive will support the rollout, adoption, and effective use of AI and digital solutions across the organization. Working closely with business users, operational teams, and IT stakeholders, this role focuses on user enablement, training, workflow automation, project coordination, and promoting responsible AI usage.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of AI tools by understanding user needs and identifying practical solutions.
• Develop user guides, prompt libraries, playbooks, and onboarding materials.
• Support low-code/no-code solutions using tools such as Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot), SharePoint, and UiPath.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations to build AI literacy and digital capabilities.
• Coordinate digital transformation and AI adoption projects, tracking timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Manage stakeholder communications, project documentation, progress updates, and post-implementation reviews.
• Promote responsible AI practices, ensuring compliance with organisational policies, data governance, and security requirements.
• Provide ongoing user support and continuously improve adoption strategies based on feedback.

Requirements Skills/Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Digital Transformation, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in AI, digital transformation, process improvement, and user enablement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, and Outlook.
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Lists, Copilot, UiPath, or similar tools is preferred.
• Exposure to digital adoption, change management, business process improvement, or project coordination is an advantage.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
