Education: Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Business Analysis Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in an IT Business Analyst role, with a proven track record of gathering complex requirements, managing backlogs, and delivering enterprise solutions.
• Technological Literacy: Strong understanding of technology products and platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Okta, ServiceNow, Workvivo) and how they integrate within an enterprise environment.
• AI Savviness and Future-Focused: Demonstrated enthusiasm and intellectual curiosity for staying current with Digital Workplace automation and AI/GenAI trends, paired with a practical mindset for applying technology to real business problems.
• Communication Excellence: Excellent written and verbal skills, capable of influencing diverse audiences from technical teams to senior leadership.
• User Training & Facilitation: Proven ability to explain technical and AI concepts in plain, accessible language and comfortably facilitate interactive walkthroughs, demo sessions, or user training for non-technical audiences.
• Autonomy and Ownership: Highly proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of outcomes.
• Effective Project Management: Proven ability to manage the execution of multiple initiatives, projects, and product increments simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
