Job summary
RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Singapore to lead end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives, products and IT systems.
You will manage scope, schedule and cost, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and drive Agile delivery practices from planning through post-implementation review. The role requires strong stakeholder communication, risk governance, and financial oversight with proven experience in project/programme management and IT delivery, ideally
Qualifications
- Five or more years of project/programme management and IT delivery experience across development, implementation and operations.
- Experience managing digital initiatives, products and IT systems end-to-end.
- Certifications such as CSPO/CSM or PMP/CIPTM are advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery across digital initiatives, products and IT systems.
- Develop integrated delivery plans covering scope, schedule, cost, resources and milestones.
- Manage scope, time and cost with reporting and escalation.
- Coordinate stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams; report progress.
- Run sprint planning, scrum and retrospectives with appropriate Agile practices.
- Ensure risk, governance and financial controls
