Qualifications

• Experience leading complex technology projects with accountable delivery.
• Proven ability to drive digital/application/platform transformations.
• Experience managing projects across full software delivery lifecycle.
• Ability to work across business, technical, operational and senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated governance over scope, timelines, risks and dependencies.
• Experience managing vendors or distributed delivery teams.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments.
• Understanding of software development, testing, implementation and post-launch support.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital and application transformation projects from initiation through go-live, stabilization and closure.
• Build and maintain project plans with scope, timelines, milestones, resources, risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate stakeholders across business, product, engineering, architecture, testing, operations, security and external partners.
• Identify delivery risks early and implement mitigation and recovery actions.
• Manage project changes and communicate impact on scope, timelines, resources and cost.
• Provide clear project updates and escalation support to senior stakeholders and steering committees.
• Oversee vendors and system integrators against deliverables, timelines and quality expectations.
• Track budgets, resources and delivery forecasts as needed.
• Ensure projects deliver practical customer, operational and business outcomes.
