Job summary

OCBC Singapore is seeking an Operations Project Manager to lead digital transformation and process improvement across the department. You will gather requirements with IT, document processes, and manage cross-functional delivery within scope, time, and budget.

You will drive UAT, change management, and post-implementation reviews, while developing reports and training material to support ongoing improvements. A strong banking ops background is highly valued.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree or equivalent with strong analytical capability and understanding of end-to-end processes.
Experience in banking ops and consumer lending is preferred.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities required.

Responsibilities

Lead digital transformation and process improvement across the department.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements with IT and stakeholders.
Coordinate cross-functional project activities to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.
Identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness through automation and simplification.
Monitor progress, risks, and issues; implement corrective actions as needed.
Develop project documentation including BRDs, process flows, and SOPs.
Facilitate UAT, change management, and post-implementation reviews.
Prepare presentations, workshops, and training on transformation initiatives.
Generate management reports and KPI updates.
