Job summary

OCBC Bank is seeking an Operations Project Management & Transformation professional to drive digital initiatives and optimize processes across the department. You will gather requirements, partner with IT, and lead cross-functional delivery including automation and system enhancements.

The role emphasizes strong analytics, communication, and change management to ensure timely, within-scope project outcomes. Office-based in Tampines with comprehensive development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong analytical capability and ability to visualize end-to-end processes from initiation to delivery.
• Experience with RPA and AI-driven enhancements or workflow redesign is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive digital transformation and process improvement initiatives across the department to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and customer experience.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; collaborate with IT and stakeholders to design, develop, test, and implement system enhancements and automation solutions.
• Coordinate and manage project activities with cross-functional teams to meet timelines, scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), change management activities, and post-implementation reviews.
