Job summary

OCBC (Singapore) is seeking a seasoned Program Director to lead the platform's stability, delivery of digital capabilities, and alignment across business and technology to drive revenue growth. You will govern architecture and drive scalable, secure customer journeys across the region.

The role requires 12+ years in Product Owner or Project Manager roles within large BPM programs and offers competitive compensation, continuous learning and leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as Product Owner or Project Manager in large-scale BPM programs.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and delivery management skills.
• Ability to drive alignment across Business, Technology, and Regions.

Responsibilities

• Run: stability, resilience, and operational excellence of applications.
• Lead delivery of new digital capabilities to fuel revenue growth.
• Partner with Architecture and Engineering to enforce reusable patterns.
• Own end-to-end delivery and governance for platform initiatives.
• Manage roadmaps, budgets, and resource planning.
• Drive continuous improvement and risk management.
• Provide updates to project sponsors and senior stakeholders.
• Lead and develop scrum masters and platform teams.
