Job summary

Singapore Bank is seeking an Operations Project Management & Transformation professional to lead digital transformation efforts across the department, gathering requirements, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver system enhancements and automation solutions.

You will drive process improvements, manage risks, and maintain project documentation while collaborating with IT and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. 100% on-site in Tampines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Business Admin or related field (or equivalent).
• Strong analytical capability; understands operational pain points and can map the full process from initiation to delivery.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office, VBA, Power BI, Python, MS Access; project tools added advantage.
• Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and AI-driven enhancements is a plus.
• Knowledge of SCRUM/Agile or other PM methodologies is advantageous.
• Strong PM skills; adaptable, self-driven and able to lead/facilitate projects.
• Banking domain knowledge in Consumer Loans is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and drive digital transformation and process improvement initiatives across the department to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and customer experience.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; collaborate with IT and stakeholders to design and implement system enhancements and automation solutions.
• Coordinate and manage project activities with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery within timelines, scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities to improve operational effectiveness through process simplification, automation, turnaround time reduction, risk mitigation, productivity improvement, and man-hour savings.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, identify risks and issues, and recommend corrective actions to achieve objectives.
• Develop, maintain, and update project documentation including BRDs, process flows, SOPs, user guides, and implementation plans.
• Facilitate UAT, change management activities, and post-implementation reviews for successful adoption of new processes and systems.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, workshops, and training on transformation initiatives and best practices.
• Generate management reports and project status updates highlighting achievements, dependencies, and KPIs.
• Provide operational backup support; ensure continuity during staff absences, migrations, and implementations.
• Collaborate with operational teams to identify gaps and implement sustainable solutions.
• Maintain service standards and regulatory compliance.
