Job summary

Randstad Singapore seeks a strategic professional to drive operational optimization, BPR, and digital strategy across enterprise functions. You will lead end-to-end initiatives and partner with IT to align roadmaps with automation and AI-enabled solutions.

You will establish regional process improvement frameworks, define governance, and communicate progress to senior leadership to secure cross-functional buy-in. This role is ideal for a proactive change-maker in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

Experience delivering BPR and digital transformation across operational units.
Experience collaborating with IT to implement tech-enabled processes.
Evidence of cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, CS or related field.
Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end business process re-engineering (BPR) and digital transformation initiatives across multiple operational units.
Partner closely with the IT department to align business strategy with technology roadmaps, including automation, low-code, and AI-enabled solutions.
Establish, promote, and execute regional process improvement frameworks, performance metrics, and governance standards.
Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to drive organizational change and secure stakeholder buy-in.
Identify structural process gaps using operational data and implement scalable, tech-driven solutions.
