Job summary

Activate Interactive Singapore is seeking a Digital Business Analyst to lead the product-centric delivery for government-facing digital solutions. You will work closely with the CIO and cross-functional teams to drive transformative outcomes, focusing on user value and security compliance.

The role requires 5+ years in business analysis or product ownership, with strong skills in Agile, stakeholder engagement, and vendor coordination to support and evolve enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer/Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, product owner, or similar role within a product-centric environment.
• Proven track record in Agile, Scrum, or other modern product development methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience applying product thinking to solve complex problems.
• Experience supporting and managing existing enterprise systems with vendors and multi-agency stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Whole-of-Government (WOG) frameworks, security policies, and compliance standards.
• Working knowledge of AI tools and concepts is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and problem-solving skills, particularly in discovery and prototyping.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and pitch ideas effectively

Responsibilities
