Job summary

Veev Digital Works is seeking an experienced, organised and hands-on Project Manager to manage the end-to-end delivery of digital learning, eLearning and multimedia projects. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards.

The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining detailed schedules, and serving as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Media, Learning & Development, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of project management or project coordination experience, preferably in eLearning, digital content, multimedia, or education tech.
• Experience leading cross-functional production teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent planning, scheduling and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage digital learning and multimedia projects from kick-off through development and delivery to meet client expectations.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, and resource plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align efforts and deliverables.
• Serve as primary client contact and provide regular updates.
• Identify risks or delays and implement proactive measures to keep projects on track.
• Oversee handoffs between content development, learning design, multimedia production, and testing.
• Monitor budgets and resources to maintain financial control.
• Prepare status updates and documentation for clients and management.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently with clear priorities and dependencies.
